Today's Senior Hike was a new one led by Jim Mallon
A new route due to Jim's usual hike being flooded in several spots.
37 members met at the Ajax Go Station.
We left the station walking south to the Lake passing a Mosque before entering Lions Park
It was a beautiful sunny day making the walk to the Lake at Rotary Park most enjoyable.
At the park we paused for a pee and chance to admire the view.
We now headed west along the Waterfront Trail.
Enjoying being next to the Lake
On the way to our lunch spot we circumnavigated the Pickering Nuclear Power Plant.
We tucked in to lunch at the Commerce Street Park.
After lunch we "kicked our heels" while the ladies used the single seat toilet!
Eventually we set off walking north to the Pickering Go Station and more importantly
to the Irish Pub for you know what!
Toasting Jim
Toasting Loretta on her Birthday.
Drinking Responsibly!
